CSP: Rough Pens (Different one)

These are the unused brushes that were tryin' to mimic a real-life pencil, while focusin' on the aesthetic, as it was also designed to be drawn in sketches or pencils as line art.

The reason why brushes' named like that 'cause I ran out of creative names, or I don't know what to name that either.

Generally, I ponder that brush since I don't use it that much back in months, so I decided that I have to delete that - then I thought maybe, MAYBE, someone saw what brushes I was usin' 'n' wants to use that - so I uploaded it. :-)
